Hosted by  City Councilmember Roger  Dickinson, Mutual Assistance Network, and the City of Sacramento’s Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment program, Celebrate North Sacramento is a free festival is designed to bring our community together to highlight the vibrant history and incredible diversity that make North Sacramento such a special place. Families, businesses, clubs, organizations, and neighborhood associations will all have the chance to celebrate what makes North Sac unique and to strengthen our community bonds.
